We provide a bespoke range of independent property inventory services for Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants across Central, East, South and West Oxfordshire namely Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Wantage, Henley and Goring-on-Thames as well as Central and West Berkshire namely Reading, Newbury, Pangbourne and Lambourn.

We excel at providing accurate and detailed descriptive reports which help to avoid time and money wasted between tenants and landlords. This gives the added benefit of avoiding potential disagreements which could arise at the end of a tenancy.

We conduct our business in a professional manner in accordance with the Guidelines to Professional Practice.

We capture and integrate 360º photos of the overview of each room as well as including standard photos to document the condition of  items listed on the inventory reports.

We are paperless and once our reports are completed, it’s sent by email to the Tenants to view and sign without the need for printing or posting which saves time for waiting for documents to arrive.

We use 2 Step process:

Step 1: Tenants confirm receipt of the Inventory Report prior to key handover

Step 2: Tenants have 7 days to review and accept the contents of the Inventory Report. Any comments can be added with supporting photos.

All of the documents are stored in one place. Gas safety certificates, energy performance certificates (EPC) and ‘how to rent’ guide can be added to the inventory upon request.
